ING has a global activity in Structured Finance, which is represented in France by ING Lease France. Since the constitution of the French team dedicated to Structured Finance, ING has gained a significant share in the tax based financing transactions market in the French overseas Departments and Territories (the so-called "Loi Pons").

Eric FRANCOIS, Managing Director

Eric François launched the tax based financing activity of ING Group in France in 1995. He is the global co-ordinator of the relation between ING and the companies established in the French overseas Departments and Territories.

Philippe MAGOT, Client Manager

Philippe Magot joined ING Group at the beginning of 1999, and is more particularly in charge of the business relationships with the customers of ING in the French overseas Departments and Territories.

Olivier RAMBERT , Client Manager

Olivier Rambert has been working at ING since 1995. He joined the Structured Finance team early 2002, and focuses mainly on business development within the new energies field.

Patrick de CHAMBURE, Director of Financial Engineering

Patrick de Chambure joined ING Group in 1997, and heads the domestic and international financial engineering activity.

Arnaud MICHON , Business Development Financial Engineering

Arnaud Michon joined ING at the beginning of 2002, and focuses primarily on the financial engineering for transactions in the French Overseas Departments and Territories (DOM-TOM).
